At RONNY&ME, we want you to love your purchase. Please read our refund and return guidelines below.
1. No Refunds on Used or Opened Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, beauty and skincare items cannot be returned if opened or used.
2. Eligible Returns
You may request a return or exchange if you received a damaged item, received the wrong product, or the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Lip glosses, skincare, or beauty products that have been opened; sale or discounted items; and items damaged due to customer misuse are not returnable.
4. Return Process
Contact us via email at ronnyandme25@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos.
Requests are reviewed within 24–48 hours. If approved, return instructions will be provided.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued as store credit or replacement. Cash refunds are only available in special cases.
6. Exchanges
Unused items can be exchanged depending on stock availability.
